How about the warranty of my products?
A full 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects, this warranty does not cover accidental damage or normal wear and tear. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
In general, we pack the watches well and do 100% QC before shipment, to make sure you will receive the watches in good condition; to avoid any subsequent trouble about quality issue, we suggest that you check all watches once you receive them, if there is any quality issue or damage during transportation, please take some detailed photos and contact us as soon as possible, we will do all our effort to handle it properly to make sure your loss to reduce to the smallest.
